We haven’t eaten much pork in recent times, with the exception of bacon, sausage and pepperoni. What’s distinction between pork loin and pork tenderloin?

I considered that both of them were interchangeable. Like pork loin, is someone being lazy and leaving the “tender” component of “tenderloin out. Nope, apparently not. These are two totally different cuts. I get a feeling you weren’t going to search so you can buy a big 10 pound slab of meat to stuff into your 6 quart slow cooker, but although you may were, lol, you’ve now learned not to.
