Easy Brownie Recipe with Chocolate Chips Instead Of Cocoa
Ah, Monday again….. Monday’s are the time I dread the most. The kids are back to their routine of school and getting out of bed early which entails they’re grumpy, the house is in shambles from your weekend, piles of laundry, piles of dirty dishes, trips to market, and much much more errands. Basically, busy and full of stuff to do.
We’re still in the midst of getting our roof replaced. Because it’s why this post is late getting out of bed today. I had to drive to Lowes and acquire some stuff for it. Undecided what that it was however it was pretty painless thanks to their store pick-up. My spouse ordered it and I picked it up. And these are store pick-up, Used to that initially at Walmart this morning. Where has that been all my life?! 🙂 I strongly suggest it!
All my kids LOVE brownies. We especially love these quick & easy chocolate chip brownies because they are available together in just minutes. No mixing the wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, no melting chocolate, or melting butter and stuff around the stove top. You literally mix everything together in a single bowl and then pour in to the pan.
One of the benefits is you can top these with whatever you decide to want. The recipe necessitates milk choc chips (which is what we usually use), but we in addition have used mini m&m’s, chunks of candy bars, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips. Get creative and mix these up when you are making them.
