Homemade Alfredo sauce tastes like creamy, cheesy heaven. How could anyone nothing like this rich, flavorful sauce?
It had not been a long time after I first tried it that I googled steps to create Alfredo sauce at home.
Y’all. The recipe that I came upon was obviously a nightmare of ingredients. Flour and cream cheese and too much other garbage that only would not belong in authentic Alfredo sauce.
That recipe also required 30 minutes of non-stop stirring. I swore I’d never make that recipe again and I haven’t!
Alfredo sauce is just one of my personal favorite what you should have with a huge bowl of pasta! It’s a very wealthy and indulgent treat for dinner. I also love that it takes only about 5-10 minutes cooking up a batch! This recipe will yield about two servings of sauce total. It may be easily doubled for anyone who is feeding onlookers or want extra for later. The bottled Alfredo just doesn’t can rival this delicious homemade version!
